123 Security Services / 123 Investigations / AEGIS Consultants Terms
Please note: Currently, all protection and private investigation services are contracted
by affiliate companies (principal) in compliance with the California Bureau of Security
and Investigative Services and that of the California Business and Professions Code.  
AEGIS Consultants acts as an authorized agent for these companies. AEGIS
Consultants, may receive payment for the aforementioned companies' services.  
These companies reserve there right to deny services.

By submitting this application and/or contracting for services, clients agree to release
and hold harmless AEGIS Consultants and its representatives for any and all liabilities
or damages. Clients hereby agree to assume those liabilities and release and hold
harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who, through negligence or
carelessness, might otherwise be liable to clients, or client's heirs or assigns for
damages. The information and services agreed upon on the previous page's form are
presented in good faith however no guarantees are made on their accurateness or
completeness. I give my permission to AEGIS Consultants to photograph me and my
representatives / clients and use my name and company name for use in AEGIS
Consultants publicity and I will not seek compensation for such use.

Length Terms:
A four hour minimum will be enforced for all jobs $30.00/hour or more and a five hour
minimum will be enforced for all jobs less than $30.00/hour. Consulting rates are a two
hour minimum plus travel time in excess of one hour round trip. There is a 5% credit
card fee for the entire invoice should credit be used for payment. Our company bills at
time +1/2 for the following holidays: New Years Eve (full day) & New Years Day, Martin
Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Memorial
Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Eve
(full day) & Day, Christmas Eve (full day) & Day

Payment Terms:
By submitting this the contents of this form, you agree to enter into a binding contract
where the terms created and outlined are enforceable under its terms. Payment must
be made via Paypal using credit or direct transfer, cash, or a mailed check. A service
charge may be added to the hourly rate for last minute bookings which will be advised
during the initial order.. Please allow for two weeks for checks to be processed and
cleared. Returned checks incur a $35.00 processing fee.

If any civil action is necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, the parties
agree that any such legal action shall be brought in the California Superior Court for
the County of Los Angeles, or the United States District Court for the Central District of
California, and you expressly consent to the subject matter jurisdiction and venue of
such court for any such legal action. You agree to assume all attorneys fees associated with
the collection of any civil action by AEGIS Consultants.
