Security Awareness
AEGIS Consultants security awareness training module overviews multiple topics
relating to the use of the security personnel, active versus passive risk
management, the use of cameras, body language, ongoing site re-evaluation.
Radio Communication
AEGIS Consultants radio communication module we teach basic radio operation,
proper radio language, the phonetic alphabet, and radio communication in noisy
environments. Hands on instruction are stressed in this module.
Confrontations and Use of Force
AEGIS Consultants confrontations and use of force module explores why crowds
gather, group mentality, dispersing crowds, personal confrontations, use of force,
and de-escalation.
Checking IDs Pat-Down / Plain Sight Searches & Arresting Techniques
AEGIS Consultants ID checks teaches the basics on accurately checking ID cards
and documentation. The pat-down searches component includes both searching
for weapons, drugs, and the tells that can extracted from a patron during a
search. Arresting techniques covers several ways to secure a suspect under
control using handcuffing techniques. Hands on instruction are stressed in this
module.
